At Tathastu Agro, we believe in transparent and professional business practices. All our sales, whether domestic or export, are subject to the following standard terms and conditions:
1. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 4 days before delivery from our premises.
- No order shall be processed without receipt of the advance payment.
2. Delivery & Logistics
- Deliveries are made Ex-Our Godowns / Farms.
- All freight, custom clearances, CHA charges, port expenses, and other related costs will be borne by the buyer.
- Standard delivery period is 3–4 weeks from the date of credit of the first advance into our account.
3. Taxes & Duties
- GST @ 5% is applicable on all invoices.
- Any other applicable taxes, legal charges, or statutory levies (domestic or international) shall be payable by the buyer.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Tathastu Agro will provide standard export/domestic trade documents as required.
- We will not invest any additional amount for any reason other than standard documentation obligations.
5. General Conditions
- Prices and terms are subject to change without prior notice, depending on market conditions.
- Once an order is confirmed and advance received, cancellation is not allowed.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
